Don't know if anyone else has had a problem installing this, all I get is a failure, resulting in a Startup Repair after reboot.

I tried getting MSoft tech to work out what was wrong but after about 18 minutes of controlling my machine, he just stopped the remote control - will try getting back to them later on.
