Xbox App - Slow downloads

Always... has been for as long as I can remember.

It's slow as balls. Speed jumps anywhere from 1 or 2 mb/s up to 50-60 ish. Currently downloading a 90gb game and it should take me about 15 mins. Its been 40 so far and I'm at 43%


Its not just this time or this game. Its always been slow. I have been on Windows 10 and 11, formatted and had fresh installs and I've been though a few hardware changes since I noticed the app was slow well over 2 years ago.

So what gives? Is it just the servers or is there something more going on. Anyone here download with this app? Do you get slow speeds also?
