Windows 10 problems

[link to this post]

I just upgraded from an Nvidia 1070 EVGA 8 Gigs to the 3060 RTX 12 GB Video Card, I have 48 GB's of Ram which my Bios does not like me to set the right setting for and my Processor is AMD Ryzen 5 1600. It seems that recently my entire computer has become super sluggish and it is not as fast as when I first installed Windows 10 Pro on it. I am trying to figure out what I should do to make the FPS increase in World Of Warcraft and speed up my system.

I have a 1TB Samsung 970 SSD and 3 4TB Western Digital SATA Drives.

I am desperate to get this computer to being the fast beast it used to be.

Sometimes in life, you can go overboard with hardware. If your motherboard doesn't allow you to keep its settings, then that could quite well be the fault
all you can make sure it's that your hardware is inline with each other and is compatible
you should rule out any windows issues by using the command prompt sfc/scannow to see if anything shows up
