Microsoft wants my search queries

Another Windows update, another attempt by Microsoft to get me to use a feature I don't want:

This time they don't even bother to ask in advance of enabling the search box, they just do it and ask if I want to undo it!

I'm guessing they still aren't getting enough people searching via Bing, so they want to gather searches from the Windows taskbar instead.
