Windows 11 - Slow Shutdown/Reboot

For quite a while now my PC takes a good 1-2 mins to shutdown or reboot.

I tried a fresh install some months ago but it made no difference to the times, So I dont know who what where or why its happening.

I have changed platform in the time it started happening so maybe thats why. I went from AM4 5800X3D to AM5 9700X.

Not sure how that would cause it though. I have tried turning off fast start up but also made no diff.

Any ideas?

Might be worth checking the system event logs to see if there are any events alluding to a service stopping etc.

You can also configure Windows to show detailed startup and shutdown messages which may help if you see it hanging on a specific message.
