Windows 10: Sleep has gone to sleep

During the last week or so I noticed peculiar behaviour with the Power Management:

1. Sleep had gone AWOL from everywhere, even from "Advanced power settings" & the "Settings that are currently unavailable"
2. Initially on press of Sleep button PC was going into Hibernation after a few secs, altho' it was set to just turn off Display, in the absence of Sleep, & Never Hibernate.
3. A small change to Duration for turning off either Display or Hard Disk seemed to stop 2. above happening but the display was not totally dark.

I assume this occurred with Nov. Security Update (KB5072653) which occurred for me on 18th Nov. I tried everything recommended online to get Sleep back but it changed nothing.

Luckily early this morning with the installation of NVIDIA Driver Update (32.0.15.8163) it all returned to normal. Sigh of relief!
