Problems With Zen Email

Have been having one or two problems with sending email as of late. I sent a friend an email to her hotmail account which she said she didnt get, resent it to her lycos one which she received fine.

To test it, I then sent a message to my own hotmail account, and that didnt receive the message either despite having the address on the safe list.

Tried it again with yahoo, took its tile a lil but sent.

Tried it with my other POP account, message sent and received fine.


Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

EDIT: Have tried sending another test message from my other POP3 account to hotmail and yahoo, both worked fine. It seems like my zen account wont send to any hotmail account


Possibly a problem with hotmail rather than my zen account?

Hi

I just sent a test to my hotmail account from my Zen account which was received. Sent reply from Hotmail to Zen and that was received. Hotmail/Zen email seems to be working fine for me.

funnily enough i just tested again with another mates hotmail, worked fine. Must just be some accounts

Glad thats resolved . Not sure what the issues were here. There are no known problems that we know of.
