Are you sure nothing has changed between your router and the phone socket? Are you using the standard master socket faceplate, any extensions at all that have had something plugged in or turned on when they weren't prior to this occurring? Does you main cable come direct from a pole to the master or a junction box before it hits the main socket? You've probably looked at most or even all these things by now so forgive me if I'm going over old ground. Is any of your cabling under the floorboards at all and might have got trapped somewhere through doing a bit of shifting things round or having a floorboard up?
Anything you can think of that you may have done since noticing this drop that may be the cause? If none of the above and you've not had any storms of any sort then unless it improves over the next couple of days it might be down to checking with BT to see if its at the exchange end. Have you given Zen tec a call to see if any test they can run might help pin it down?
