Migration to Zen

After being messed about by PlusNet for the last 3 months slow connections, poor pings, slow response from pages I have taken the leap and got a MAC key and signed up with Zen last night. One question tho i added my details on the online registration but i couldn't fill in acouple of the boxes due to my debit card having no issue date, i have recieved an email from zen customer services saying they have recieved my order but yet have not recived anything else, How long does it take to import orders been just over 24 Hrs now.

Just give CS a ring tomorrow and just ask if the order is going thro ok. Should be
