I don't think you can do that via the website, but I expect that if you place an order over the phone, they can. I would be very surprised if they couldn't - they seem to cope with most other things so well.
They reccomend you place your order (online) 5 working days before your required change over date, as BT usually complete the work before this time, but 5 days is the latest they should complete it.
