It is unlimited in principle but not guaranteed in practice. It assumes only less than 10% of its office users will download hundreds of gigabytes. If you agree with those assumptions then yes you can be that minority and download to your hearts content, but remember if you use the product to its limits, although allowed, will be creating a big strain on Zens network, and Zen will not necessarily tolerate it indefenitely. Just look at Home legacy products, they capped them eventually. My advice is call their bluff and download to your hearts content, its their choice to call it unlimited after all.

Well yes, Zen attract business users by ways of a pseudo-lie, so its only fair that one should play their game, if you push it and download 2 terrabytes a month then thats the benefit you got out of it, no need to feel sorry for them, they are not a charity they know what they are doing by playing the marketing card called "unlimited". Or do you think they make them "unlimited" for your benefit?? they make them "unlimited" rather than say "300Gb allowance" because with the former they attract much more business than with the latter, so more money for them. Last I heard individual users are not a charity either so they are as entitled to make money out of Zen as Zen is entitled to make money out of them, unless you think a business has more rights to make money than an individual??

Give it a few months, zen's take on "truly unlimited" can change at the drop of a hat.

Absolutely absurd; they've given you 3+ months advance warning plus all the time it was existing customers only. How is that a 'drop of a hat'?!
