Moved House, new line stats on Active 8000

[link to this post]

I ran a speed test results are here:
http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest/results/id/118276049654676910960.html

The download speeds seems alot (a third of the speed) lower than the speed my netgear router is showing.

Does anyone know why this is, do my stats from the router look normal?

When was the line activated?

Can you post the figures from the broadband line data section at portal.zen.co.uk

My line was only activated on Friday 22nd June, 3 days ago. I did a ZenMove to my new property. I have attached my zen portal line data stats, but they don't appear to have been updated since I moved three days ago, just showing data from my previous Zen line!!

Any idea when they will refresh?

Well they usually refresh within 3 days but dont know how a house move affects that. Your last profile from what you posted was 500 so clearly that is not your current profile. Your current profile should be reported at http://www.speedtester.bt.com/ if you can get it to work.

I'd expect a move to a new property would be similar to a provide on a new line i.e. that you'll go through the 10-day training period again. As you're only on day 4 I would leave it a week or so (keep an eye on it) and see how things develop; if the speed still seems to be poor or hasn't settled down, give Zen support a call.
