It took me less than 10 minutes to get the MAC code from my previous ISP (which I am eager to leave) and sign up online for the Zen 8000 Pro.
Now, how long will it take for Zen to be able to move me over to their service?

It should only take around 5 days if there are no problems.

I think my move was quicker than that. You may have a period when both services work, so your new Zen login may work sooner than predicted.
