Managing Spam

[link to this post]

I have set the spam filter on my zen mailbox to Mid Level, and move to spam folder; but I want to monitor the spam folder for a bit to make sure that it isn't stopping important mail. The help info says I can do this by logging into Zen webmail, but I can't see any special spam folder to view, just my basic Inbox. Do I have to change a setting somewhere?

Don't know about the webmail but I set up the filtering to prefix the subject of spam emails with [Spam], I then set up a Spam folder in Outlook express and set up a rule to move all messages with [spam] in the subject to that folder.

Hi Nigel,

This knowledgebase article appears to answer your query (you need a slightly different username to access the spam folder).
