Although a Zen ticket is open I'll comment here for the interest of other Zen users.
The blue click box on the right of the page under the services tab of the portal that is supposed to allow you to go and view usage stats, technical data etc. is missing. It had been available to me for 5 days.
It seems to be some strange synch issue with your provisioning system.
According to support it seems that my order has not been 'marked as fulfilled' on your system despite the (fact that I have had an active service since Friday 20th July. My projected service activation date was July 24th (BT seem to have got their finger out and set the line up very quickly).
Hey ho ! - one of those use cases you haven't though of I guess. Kind of hard to develop for a use case that involved BT provisioning a service early !
(Sorry BT you did a great job this time round but it seems Zen weren't expecting it)
All I wonder now is when I'll get the page back.
