Unplanned essential maintenance at 18:00 today

Due to some system issues the following systems will be unavailable from 18:00 today. The work is not expected to take long and we will aim to have full service restored within 2 hours.

- Customer Portal
- Partner Portal
- Ordering System
- Broadband Usage Checker service

Internet connectivity will not be interrupted during this time for any users.

Any updates will be posted here.

We apologise for any inconvenience during this time.

EDIT: This has been delayed by 1 hour.
EDIT2: We have only just been able to start this work now @ 19.30. Systems have just been shutdown. Expected downtime is 60 mins.
