well i will be off again soon

i have just come back to zen from o2 simply because i was getting higher pings on o2 although i did get 6 mbs a sec higher speed dl and upload of 1.3mbs with NO LIMITS for a quarter of what Zen charge, i am on zens LLU product as i live in Rochdale however i am having ping issues again, i tried to resolve this with Abovenet but have failed so i contacted Zen and asked if anything could be done, to my disappointment i got the usual " not on our network" response even after a little probing when they admitted the route to the server was in fact dictated by zen i got nowhere, the response was "if enough people complain we will look into it"! come on guys charge a premium price if you must but at least have the decency to offer a premium service! anyway have been back with Zen for a month and was previously with them for 2 years am afraid they are about to lose me for good, somehow i dont think its an issue as i truley feel they want to ditch home users and concentrate on the more lucrative business side i think the days of justifying the extra expense for the good service have gone.

remember it isnt the cleverest,fastest or strongest that will ultimately prevail but those most adaptable to change that will win out in the end....

I'm sadly off too. Moving over to Be* on 11/11, due to being fed up with the BT profile system, my 21CN being delayed well into next year, it's cheaper and lack of download limits (although well aware of the FUP, but doubt that 50GB is classed as heavy with Be*).

I've had a good connection with Zen, and am in a way sad to leave but with internet usage rising due to new technology the 50GB cap was always something that I had to be worried about hitting before the month was up.
