Praise where due

I was speaking to my brother last night who has just moved and taken his Zen ADSL connection with him.

He was full of praise for the high levels of competence and professionalism displayed by Zen during the move. In spite of the 11th hour efforts of BT in changing his phone number from the temporary-assigned one for his new address, Zen were able to amend the order and the move of his broadband went smoothly. My brother described the whole experience of dealing with Zen as very much a "can do" attitude.

Well done Zen - yet another very satisfied customer.

Yep when it comes to moves, ZenMove is excellent and well organised.

Is that the actual name of the dept ?

When my bRAS profile was stuck Zen called back every time (first time BT did not reset it) to check whether all was OK, very efficient service... I am always happy to pay extra to support a good service.

I moved from PlusNet to Zen a few years back and have nothing but good things to say about Zen as well.

Excellent ISP with good staff and good support.

Agree 100%.

I recently moved house and used the online move service.
Despite BT doing all they could to scupper the move, (not letting me take my old number and putting BT Broadband on my line without my consent, and then denying they had done it) Zen were fantastic all the way. Special thanks go to a guy called William, great customer service.
