G'Day Tim,

The team who are working on the IPv6 issue have a meeting coming up. I have voiced your questions and they will be wriiting the answers to your questions together at the meeting.

I will have further updates for you soon.

Thanks Leo. Will be interesting to see how it works and what changes I need to make. I didn't see anything in the Newsletter maybe I missed it.

The newsletter 'briefly' touched the issue and hence I had to ask directly. As soon as I can I will let you know.

Simple question - is my archaic Vigor 2600X (no wireless version) going to need to be replaced ?

I can't see any IPv6 settings in the console.

8 years and only a single power supply replacement and still going....

From what I can tell, pretty much none of the Draytek's support IPv6. I had the Vigor 2600 Plus and that doesn't support IPv6 (I think it's end of life too).

I also have (and currently use) a newer 2820 and that too doesn't support IPv6. If you look at their forums, you can see people almost pleading Draytek to add IPv6 support via a firmware update but nothing's come out so far.

I have heard a rumour or 2 that they are looking at using IPv6 support but nothing is concrete yet.

You could always use a ipv6 Tunnel Broker.
