A quick message before leaving Zen HQ to go and see in 2011:

Earlier today I noticed a strange pattern had emerged in one of the graphs of our ADSL diagnostic tools - I thought I'd share it here as it seemed appropriate:

Yes noticed that too, very generous of them.

I'm sure they'll continue to deliver the best ISP service in the UK in 2011.

Virgin (ADSL) => Namesco => Newnet => O2 => Plusnet => Zen => Newnet => Zen Lite 8000 (I'd like to get in on the FTTP trial)

In the portal, unless we're deluded and the metering server is doing its own thing.
