Zen ADSL to FTTC

Full packet loss as the line changed from ADSL to FTTC. There was a nasty bit of packet loss that lasted for 1-2 hours after the line was upgraded.

Max profile according to the BT Speedtester & 13Mb/s actual throughput (above Zen's 12Mb/s minimum). I was able to ramp it up to 20Mb/s using an Ubuntu torrent.
