Is it possible to request a refund on unused banked bandwidth?

Virgin (ADSL) => Namesco => Newnet => O2 => Plusnet => Zen => Newnet => Zen Lite 8000

You can request a refund but I seem to recall that no refunds are given for unused bandwidth you have purchased.

It just rolls over to the next month in perpetuity, unlike unused allocated bandwidth which does not carry over to the following month.

I still have slightly over half a GB in my bank which has been there for quite a few years.

With the increase to 50 GB I am highly unlikely to ever use it.

Just mentally wrote it off a long time ago.

I'd like to know too. I have a few accounts this could apply to.

Refresh your Linux ISO collection, that soon burns up your bandwidth.
