My Zen broadband connection was scheduled to be "moved to new equipment within the local BT exchange" tomorrow.
Seems they decided to do the migration 1.5 hours early, and my Zen connection has been down since approximately 22:30 tonight.
Rebooted the router several times - it's syncing, but failing to authenticate. Router is still "retrying" as I write this. It's now been down for well over an hour.
Any idea if/when it'll be back up and running again?
