According to our suppliers the issue has been resolved and we can confirm that as of 9:45 this morning we have started to see our customers reconnect.

As always if you feel you are still affected please power down your ADSL equipment before retesting. If you continue to have problems with your BB services please hold to talk with a member of technical support.
