Zen Pro to Zen Office

Hello,

I'm currently on the Zen Pro package with the 100GB DL cap but regularly purchase £20-30 of additional usage a month.

The Zen Office package is approx £15+VAT more than Zen Pro so it would suit me to move to this.

Can I do this despite being 'residential', and is it limited to certain exchanges? - when trying to change my package on the customer portal, only the old Zen Office 8000 was listed as an option.

I've managed to sort this out with Zen CS and am now a happy Zen Office user
