Weekend tech support temporarily unavailable

Hi all,

Just a quick message to let forum readers know we're having some network issues here at Zen this morning which means tech support is temporarily unavailable by phone.

We hope to be back up and running soon - just posting this message here in case any forum readers are wondering why they currently can't get through to us.
