Fibre Office product

Quick question I hope someone will be able to answer....

Can a home user like myself purchase the Fibre Office product if/when my line is activated?

Or would I only be allowed to order the non 'office' packages?

Another daft question - Is it possible to see my usage for the month on Zen - so that I can keep an eye on my remaining GB allowance?

And what hapens if a customer was to accidentally go over the limit during a month?

Also note that there are Broadband usage checker clients you can run on your own machine in addition to the e-mail notifications we send and the customer portal.

There are currently Zen developed clients for Windows, Firefox, OSX.
In Addition I think there are 3rd party developed clients for perl, Vista/W7 Desktop gadget & iPhone.

According to the BT checker my line is due to be enabled for Fibre on 30th Sep.

Is it advisable to wait until then before requesting a MAC from my current ISP?

And would I migrate straight on to one of the Zen Fibre products or would I need to be migrated to a non-fibre Zen service first (i.e. a 2 step process)?

MAC codes are valid for up to 30 days, so wait until mid September or so before asking for it, or it will have expired before your exchange becomes enabled.

You can migrate straight to Fibre with Zen (1 step)
