Stopping frequent resyncs

Connection seems to be losing sync every few hours, sync is moving up and down but not by much,

Can't see any pending mainteance or faults but have seen lots of Openreach vans about.

Here's whats been done so far.

Old style socket replaced with NTE5 with in built bellwire filter, engineer tested line and said it was 'pure'.
Fitted ADSL Nation filter.
Replaced RJ-11 fly lead between router and filter with ADSL Nation Pro+ twisted pair type.

Can anyone see anything from the BT side that could be affecting my connection or suggest anything else I can do?

Would like to get it steady if I can to get it over the 3 Meg hurdle which it did reach.

Virgin (ADSL) => Namesco => Newnet => O2 => Plusnet => Zen => Newnet => Zen Lite 8000

been stable for 72 hours and back up to 2.8
