Leaving Zen....lose email?

Hi all,

While i have no issues with Zen i'm looking at moving to a TalkTalk LLU service (actually via a reseller such as XILO not with TalkTalk directly) as this has just become available on my smallish exchange (no other LLU or 21CN WBC available).

If i leave Zen i assume i will lose my email address(es), web space etc?
ie the account will be shut completely.

If you leave Zen then you are correct that all services connected with your broadband (Web space, Mail boxes) will be cancelled along with your account.

You can however purchase a Pop3 mailbox from us to continue your email service
