Higher Latency than Previous ISP

I migrated to Zen yesterday and I have gone from a ping of about 30ms to 50ms. Interleaving was turned on when I had pings of 30ms so it can't be that. Any ideas?

It can depend what gateway you are connecting through. Post a tracert please.

Could be interleaving turned on, you can check on the Zen portal.

Interleaving is also active on my line which has a sync rate of 3968 Kbps with actual throughput of around 3.3 Meg

i have a long line with attenuation of 62 dB

If you've not already done I'd try a factory reset of your router (refer to the website/documentation for exact instructions but usually involves holding a pen in a reset hole for about 10 seconds until indicators flash on the front)
