Exchange upgraded to 21CN

The BT Wholesale checker is now reflecting the fact that my exchange has been upgraded to 21CN...how long is it likely to be before I can order a regrade on the Zen portal? It's currently showing 20CN products only.

It can take a couple of months I think. They upgrade the exhanges in batches, then you'll see the regrade option.

Speak to Zen. I was having terrible contention and they managed to push my order through very quickly.
