Moving from andrews and arnold, some questions

I am currently with AA with the 100gb a month, we struggle with the cap as the wife is at home during the day and the download allowance goes down alot quicker during peak.

My question is - does the 100gig package with zen still count for peak hours as well?

also what is the service compared to zen like ? i do like A&A but as i said before its not too good for the allowance if used druring the day

Allowances on Zen are total downloads for the month - they don't distinguish between peak and off-peak and they don't count uploads.
