Zen : Usage Allowance?

I am thinking of going with Zen for FTTC as my cabinet will get upgraded in the next few weeks. I was with them many years ago and went to BE* as they offer 24mb.

Anyway, the allowance of 200GB I spoke to a customer service person from Zen and asked if it included uploads (it never used to) and they said 'yes'.

I just read a post below that says it doesn't?

Can anyone clarify?

It isn't clear whether those also refer to Fibre though ...

It's as if they tacked on the fibre packages instead of integrating them.

Just a reminder that the sales person that I spoke to via 'live chat' did say that it was both .... so you may want to clarify that with them.

I was surprised, hence my question here.
