I had Fibre installed last Friday and since then the sync speed has dropped every day. Starting at 80mbs and currently at 60mbs.
Now, this is my fault as we were decorating and had two powercuts and various moving things around so the modem got disconnected multiple times and looking at my profile the speed got downgraded after each one. Very good for auto-learning hardware, very annoying when it isn't a sync drop but a physical disconnection.
Can I get the 'learning' profile reset? The line is capable if nearly full speed and it is irritating to be capped so early on (rock steady 20mbs with BE* and very very close to cabinet with BT estimate of 80mbs).
