WBC Enabled?

Any chance someone from Zen could check to see if a particular exchange has been WBC enabled? It was supposed to happen December last year, then was delayed but Samknows shows that is has been done....of course Samknows info may be based on the fact that it should have been done.

Exchange is Elgin (NSELG).

Think this is one samknows got wrong - seem to recall Elgin was in one of the more recent lists of future exchanges and certainly http://www.superfast-openreach.co.uk/where-and-when/ shows it as end 2014.
