OK, so not off to the best of starts�
We were looking to expand our wholesale offering and decided to look at Zen. Migrated 1 of my business lines from Enta to Zen.
1) Website failed to accept the MAC as it was not in the correct format (CS confirm there is an issue with fibre MACs)
2) The system fails to advise of the migration date (CS confirmed there is a problem with fibre migrations and these emails) No internet on the line this morning..
3) Was on an 80/20 service, ordered Zen �Active� and have been regarded to 40/2, a manor fight with CS and support to get that even looked at without running speedtests.
If the Fibre migration is this prone to errors then it needs to be advised on the website.
I wonder if wholesale is this bad with Zen..
