Advice on selling a Zen-hosted domain name

I have a couple of .com domain names registered with/hosted by Zen that I am looking to sell.

Just wondered if anyone had any advice on the best way to go about selling domain names and the procedures involved when getting the sites transferred from Zen to the new owners.
