importing address register

I am trying to get my Zen Windows Live Mail sorted out. I have Outlook Express working well for years. I have a lot of OE addresses. Does it really mean I have to enter EVERY DAMN ADDRESS one by one. Surely I can somehow import the entire OE folder into Live Mail in one fell swoop?

Of course you can import all the OE addresses - google will give you the answer :>))
