Is the customer portal working for anyone else? Specifically....I can log in but clicking on any section just redirects me back to the home.
So after I log in I am in "My Account", if I click "My Services" the my account page loads again, in fact no matter what I click on I just get the My Account page again.
Actually it seems "Change online sign in", "Change Password" and "Sign in history" work, but nothing else.
Edit: I should add I tried it in Chrome Version 31.0.1650.63 and Firefox 26.0

Was getting that problem a couple of days ago, but was working fine yesterday afternoon and just now when I tried.
Just have a problem in IE11 displaying the daily usage bar chart correctly, have to scroll down to see it in a narrow window.

Hi Everyone,
The issue with the Portal been logged with our Systems Developers, and we've added a Service Alert to our site that will be updated when more information is available: http://status.zensupport.co.uk/active/23/3298
If there was anything specific you needed help with Portal Wise, all of our Customer Facing Departments are open today, and our Technical Support team are open this weekend.
Sorry I can't give any timescales on it being fixed yet!

Hi again,
The Systems Development Team have confirmed that the problem with the Portal links not working should now be fixed. I tried this on my own Portal Account and the pages were now correctly loading for me too (they were not before).
Hopefully those of you who were stuck on the "My Account" page will now be able to load up the other sections (i.e. Usage / Services)

Contacted Zen this morning. Usual prompt reply from Customer Services saying problem logged. Quickly fixed and quick response, even at holiday time, all for £11.22 rental - No Brainer for those pondering a jump to Zen.

Like a couple of others have mentioned, I also get the shallow daily usage window that needs to be scrolled down (IE11).
It could be an IE11 glitch as I've only been using it around a month & didn't notice this happening before when using IE9.

Which leads me to notice.....WOAH when did the Lite cap go up to 50 gig? Awesome  I thought I'd have nearly used all my mums allowance up while I was here over Christmas, not even nearly. Excellent!

I'm afraid there as some compatibility issues with IE11 at the moment that we are working on but for now this isn't a browser we support.

Thanks for the clarification.
To be honest, IE11 isn't something I'd have chosen to use with W7, but my computer company was fixing something by remote, and updated it right up to IE11.
It was a bit 'quirky' at first, but I've more or less got used to it.
