Has Zen stopped taking on 20cn customers?

Look like Zen are no longer taking customers onto the 20cn platform. You get a "sorry service is no it available" message. Its annoying as I'm signing people onto Zen from a 20cn exchange getting FTTC in the next 2 months, in preparation.
Can anyone confirm/ deny?

If you run a check from another ISP, will it take the order?

Could simply be that the ports are full on the exchange.

It's still coming up with service for my phone number which is 20CN

They're jacking up the prices from 1st July. By about £5 a month - existing customers are receiving e-mails now.

8000 Active & Pro offerings are rising by 25% + for 20CN customers. Not a happy chappy.

Pro goes from £30 to £40 (plus VAT)

Quite understand your irritation, although I also know Zen have the same issue as the rest of us, which boils down to the BTW costs for exchanges stuck in 20cn are horrible, and genuinely ridiculous. I don't think the costs are fair or reflect genuine cost to BTW, and there's absolutely no competition either. The end result is higher costs for an inferior service and most of the time shocking speeds too.

Being the recipient of one of those emails,I can quite understand Zen's point of view. I'm stuck on an Exchange only line in an area where most other lines go to a fibre enabled cabinet (cries). Having gone through several ISPs, Zen are the only ones that have managed to provide an adequate and stable service, to such an extent that I am even considering taking the hit and paying the extra £5 a month on top of what is already a quite expensive service.

Just wish BT would get their finger out and provide an adequate infrastructure.

Have TalkTalk LLU'd it (I know they've done a fair few which others wouldn't touch). Perhaps TT or a TT reseller (if you'd prefer to avoid TT Residential) might be worth a look if so?
