My understanding is that Zen could operate phone service using their own MSANs in those exchanges where they have presence, but, as of now, all Zen phone service is provided using BT WLR3.
Of course, if you have both Zen phone and broadband, Zen could switch the line to Zen's MSAN at any time without reference to the user.
We have two Zen lines on an exchange where Zen has presence - one has FTTC and the other does not have a broadband service. We find the phone service no different to when the phone service was provided by BT Retail - because it's the same service other than charges, billing and customer service.
