Zen Home Talk

Have Zen totally done away with the 'Zen Home Talk' offering other than for existing users?

My elderly parents have Zen Home Talk Plus but were hoping to downgrade to Zen Home Talk as they aren't making enough calls to warrant the extra expense.

I had a look for them on the Zen website and can now only find 'Line Rental' and 'Line Rental Plus' mentioned (apart from in some pages which appear to be overdue an update).

Unfortunately 'Line Rental' only works out a couple of pounds cheaper than what they're paying for 'Zen Home Talk Plus' and the cost of calls would probably make this a minimal saving.

Am I missing something?

I assume you mean the VoIP offering? Zen's website isn't the best.

No, just the regular phone line offering. My parents don't have access to the internet (and refuse to do so)!!!

It's there but the line rental has gone up.

That's as I feared. There's little point in them downgrading in that case.

By the way, in my original post I used a slightly wrong title by leaving out the word 'home'. I've edited it back in for clarity's sake.
