New "Unlimited Broadband" package gets even cheaper.

Yep. Just a tenner for high-speed internet and no-limits downloading. Were not making it up!

Methinks marketing could do with some more training on the new product range! wink

What it should be is

"Yep, from Just a tenner, we're not making it up and now we do no limits... "

Woops!

Plusnet Unlimited 21CN 3700/768 @ 4.2Km > TP-Link TD-W8968v3
Plusnet Fibre Extra 65000/20000 @ 450m > HG612 > Asus RT-AC87U

The £10 package has 20GB limit so it's cleverly worded.

Actually as they've advertised it as such I could believe I'll get "no limits" service for £10/month and they'd be effectively obliged to offer just that.

Indeed but as it works out it's £16,99 for unlimited. Well I am on 2.1TB and my month runs out tomorrow so that's as good as you can get? (on ADSL)

Can I remind a user about the site rules

Impersonation and Multiple Identities

Using multiple identities/logins in order to mislead other users is prohibited. This includes posting as anonymous users when such posts could be considered to be from different people. ISP staff should not pretend to be users of the service to encourage others to subscribe. Such behaviour will be considered serious breaches.

http://forums.thinkbroadband.com/faq_english.php#rules

This also would include using a different account to post if main account was already under suspension.

Well that's rude. I signed up based on a recommendation and now I am being accused of what? already being here? at 71 I am hardly going to have been here before i've been living my life!

You need to be reminded of the basics of humankind whoever you are!

Sorry if you feel aggrieved but the behaviour of some who work around suspensions means when duplicate users are suspected we like to remind people of the rules.

The moment when you realise you could have got 3 months and free connection under the super connected cities scheme (after paying out £120 without needing to) frown

We live and learn. My lesson was to look before I order next time! frown

I just Migrated from older separate ADSL and Phone packages to the new Unlimited combined package it took less then a day, with just one call to support to kick of the process.

Various (Dile up) -> clara.net (Dile up) -> TELE2 (Microwave) -> ZeN (ADSL)
