Zen LLU Packet Loss and BQM Spikes

Anybody here with a Zen "LLU" (Fibre or ADSL) line with a TBB BQM running, I've been noticing some odd spikes on my BQM and also some packet loss issues lately, I've been able to replicate the packet loss on other CQM services but the ping spikes seem to be only affecting my Zen LLU graph.

I've also got some other connections being monitored by TBB but not showing similar issues, thinking maybe a peering issue with Zen!

FYI, I have been through my network looking for anything that might be syncing and causing the spikes but only thing that might have contributed has been stopped and isn't the issue.

leading up to that there was also some major issues with packet loss!

Nah the issues here aren't related to Zen, they seem to be an issue with peering to TBB, I have this connection monitored by another two servers and they aren't showing the same issues.

Also using Btw has always been risky business IMO, the reason I chose Zen was due to LLU availability at my exchange, and to be honest it has been far superior to others.

Very little chance you will be on Zen's LLU in Birmingham, not unless you are connected to Midland or Central Exchange.
