My questions are:
Do you automatically keep the same IP address?
How long does it typically take to migrate?
Do you use the same username and password? If so, can you plug in a suitable VDSL/ADSL modem in advance of migration and only have a few seconds downtime at the point ADSL is stopped and VDSL enabled?
I don't currently have Zen line rental, and wouldn't want it at first. The price quoted when I go to upgrade to Unlimited Fibre 2 from the control panel is £29.50 excluding VAT (£35.40 inc vat, which is the price quoted for Without Line Rental on the Zen website). Can I safely assume my line rental would remain with BT in that case?
