I jumped ship from BT to Zen back in January via topcashback for supposedly £40.40 of cashback, and although I've chased it up with TCB a few times it's still stuck at pending. I know cashback is not guaranteed, but I've never had any problems in the past with any other cashbacks from TCB.
Just wondering if anybody has got cashback from Zen at all in the last last six months?
