IP Profile dropped by 10mbps

I am on the fast fibre option of 80/20mb. My IP Profile has always been 66mbps, even before I moved to Zen a couple of months ago from Entanet. All of a sudden this week I notice my speed is now 56mbps max on IP Profile. I have not touched my router or anything but that is a sizeable drop. Anything I can do about it ? I am guessing this is not Zens problem, but not sure why this would suddenly happen.

You might have had a low sync due to recent storms etc. If you haven't got a router/modem where you can view line stats to confirm your connection speed then I would try restarting your router/modem to see if your line recovers.
