I ordered an IP regrade from 1 to 8 IPs on a line; the order went through quickly and I agreed a time for changeover with the provisioning team so I could ensure that I was with the CPE at changeover time and also able to make the required DNS changes to match the IP change.
The agreed time came and went with no communication from Zen and the work wasn't done. Now the team doing the work aren't in at the weekend and Tech Support are unable to help.
For a business focussed ISP this is poor service.
Just posting in case any Zen reps happen to see this and can help recover this.
