I work from home some days and trying to use VOIP or RDP is unbearable.
I use Zabbix to monitor the firewall (PFSense) which produces the following: https://i.imgur.com/moUr4bo.png
The graph shows regular packetloss each evening. I have history of this going back to November. This is pinging the PPPoE endpoint, so is a measurement of the first hop.
I have spoken to Zen, and I am being "moved to BT backhaul" tomorrow, so I'll post again with an update to this on Tuesday. Just wondering if this is normal now? I really hope the migration fixes it as even the wife is telling me to "fix Netflix" now
