Switched to Zen today. Very happy customer!

Have just had my service activated today and the whole experience so far has been very positive.
Was previously with NowTV and their Fab Fibre + phone package, and have switched to Zen's Fibre Unlimited 1 and phone.

Our broadband speed has almost doubled! And Zen work out a fiver a month cheaper!

The switchover was smooth, Zen even texted to say it had happened.

Early days I know, but absolutely no complaints so far!

Welcome ! I've been with Zen for years, no issues, very good technical support, surprised more people don't use them.

Agree totally. What they don't have, and which anyway I don't want, is media add-ons, like TV stations, sport etc. I want good reliable service and easy to get to support in case of problems. Zen does both.

I have been trying to migrate my G.fast connection to Zen since June.

Yesterday they cut me off completely.

It would be helpful to say the price paid for the services selected. I like to keep my firmware update on my router but found afterwards my speed had dropped from 69Mbps to 64Mbps which was most unwelcome.

Had landline with them since 2013 and my connection since 2010 though left for a year as they were at the time subject to BT's awful Dynamic Line Managment which clobbered my long line on ADSL but unfortunately there was little they could do so switched over to an LLU provider.

Came back when they rolled out LLU in 2014 and haven't looked back (went FTTP with them in Jan '18)

99.99% of the time the service just works and when it doesn't they get things done quickly to get it working again.

They are also a real pleasure to deal with if you need to.

Virgin (ADSL) => Namesco => Newnet => O2 => Plusnet => Zen => Newnet => Zen => Freeola => Vivaciti (using O2 Wholesale DSL) => Xilo (C&W Wholesale) => Xilo (O2 Wholesale) => Xilo (TT Wholesale due to O2 Wholesale closure) => Zen LLU => Zen FTTP (39.5 Mbps down, 9.5 Mbps up)
Router: Fritzbox 3490
